This projects illustrates what can be done when inspired by Sathya Sai Baba and his teachings.

The Hyderabad Youth of the Sai Seva Organization in India undertook a large 1-year, state-wide, plan, titled Sri Sathya Sai Premamrutha Dhaara, to implement 108 drinking water projects. It included talking to villagers to determine problems with water, planning and design, execution of the plans, and finally handing over the projects to the villagers.

It included constructing water sources and distribution, storage, and purification facilities. Just as important was door-to-door health and hygiene discussions and imparting of values to children in bal vikas (Sathya Sai Education) classes.

Overe 2,000 volunteers were involved, 90+ projects were completed at the time this video was created (with the rest to be completed), and over 100,000 people were served.
