This beautiful documentary, titled "Song of Service", was produced by Laxmi Films, Madrid, in 1996. It shows how Sathya Sai Baba, His message and teachings, are transforming people and how Puttaparthy is becoming a city because of Him. The use of service as a spiritual discipline is discussed, and we see many examples of service such as Swami's water projects as well as "gramma seva" --service to villages. We hear parts of a few of Sai Baba's discourses.
Rattan Lal, a businessman who retired in the 1960's in order to live the rest of his life in Prasanthi Nilayam, talks some, as does Gianni Cerere, a "baker" who spent a lot of time cooking in the western canteen in Prasanthi Nilayam. |
