Gene Massey was a guest speaker at Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba's Birthday celebration in Northern California on 24 November 2012.

Gene, a Los Angeles-based film director, makes videos around the world for the Sathya Sai Organization, covering a wide range of selfless service activities including medical camps, hospitals, AIDS orphanages, and Sai Schools. Since 2003, he has filmed in 25 countries, including nine African countries, Russia, rural villages in India, eight countries in South America, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. During his travels, he also records programs for Radio Sai on the various service activities and Sai Schools in these countries.
