Balvikas children along with students from Sri Sathya Sai School, Anand Vilas, Shimla were ready with an offering representing the state of Himachal Pradesh.

Dashavatar, the programme by Balvikas and the students from Sathya Sai School, was the story of ten Avatars of Lord Vishnu. Illustrating their origin, the forty-two minute session produced short episodes highlighting the Avatric Indent, of each of the ten avatars. Theme song with a refrain "Jai Jagadeesha Hare..." echoed the hall at the end of each avataric story. Final scene was on the advent of the contemporary Avatar, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai, which ended up with a refrain, singing "Jai Sayeeshwara Hare...".
