This documentary, "The Universal Chancellor and His Divine University", celebrates 25 years of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning. The University had its start in 1968 with the founding of the woman's college in Anantapur and became a university in 1981. The last part of the documentary highlights the construction of the new indoor Stadium, which was finished in time for the 25th Convocation of the Institute.
