In this morning program, several bands precede Sathya Sai Baba into Sai Kulwant Hall. Sai Baba spends a lot of time moving through the crowds, ending up on the verandah of the mandir (temple) and cutting several birthday cakes that the students have made for him.

At minute 10:30, primary school boys chant the vedas.

At minute 14:45, ex-Vice Chancellor G. Venkatraman talks, followed by V. Srinivasan, All India President of the India Sai Organizations, talks. At minute 16:15, Dr. Michael Nobel, Chair of the Nobel Peace Foundation, addresses the audience.

At about minute 19:50, Sai Baba pushed a button to start the inaugural broadcasting of Radio Sai Global Harmony, and everyone listens to that first broadcast for several minutes.

In the evening, Paveen Sultana gives a musical concert in Sai Kulwant Hall. After she finishes, at about minute 11:20, Sai Baba poses with her and the other musicians for pictures.

Arathi takes place at minute 22:00.
