This is the first of four videos of the paduka ceremonies that took place on 28 September to 2 October. On this video, we see fire-rituals (homes) and worship of idols of Rama, Sita, Lakshman, and Hanuman idols.

A lot of this first video takes place in a shed. Beginning at minute 58:45, the scene shifts to Sai Kulwant Hall, with Sathya Sai Baba giving darshan in most of it.

 

On this second video, we see the paduka worship by 4005 couples on 1 October 1999. It starts with the procession of the ouples into the Hall. Then, there many minutes of darshan scenes, with bhajans going on. There is the worship of the sandals.

Minute 51:15 starts a new event, the evening festivities. After Sathya Sai Baba enters and college boys chant the Vedas, P.S.A. Srinivasan Chettlar speaks, at minute 00:55:10. Dr. Gadia at minute 1:02:00

Sai Baba gives his discourse starting at 01:10:20. It is titled "Install padukas in your heart"; the text can be found here (pdf).

A musical program starts at minute 1:33:50. When that finishes, Sai Baba gives darshan.

At minute 1:50:11, a new day starts, with the procession of Sri Sai Padughas by 4005 recipient couples into Sai Kulwant Hall.

 

This third video begins with chanting in Sai Kulwant all as Sai Baba gives darshan. At minute 5:25, Sai Baba is in his chair, and a worship ceremony begins. At minute 15:22, Sai Baba gets up and spends a great deal of time walking among the crowds in Sai Kulwant Hall.

At minute 34:33, a few mintues are shown of people getting food and eating in the dining hall.
