Phyllis Krystal is the author of several books including "Sai Baba, The Ultimate Experience", "Cutting the Ties that Bind", and "Taming the Monkey Mind". She also inspired many to take part in a Ceiling on Desires program.

At the time of this writing (June 2013), at the age of about 100, Phyllis is still going strong, giving workshops in New Jersey, USA. In this video, she was about 80 years old.
