Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, President of India, is the main speaker at the 11th Convocation of the Sri Sathya Sai University, on 22 November 1992.

The talk takes place at Hillview Stadium, and the video starts with the parade into the stadium, Vedic chanting, Sai Baba declaring the Convocation open, presentation of the candidates for degrees (one sees the candidates taking their oath), and awarding of medals.
