Eruch B. Fanibunda is an oral and dental surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal College of Suregons in England. He met Swami in 1971. Soon after, Swami asked to speak at the Sai Summer School —Swami gave him the title: "Extraction of the ego tooth".

He wrote the book "Vision of the Divine", published in 1976, a wonderful book for all Sai devotees to read —get it if you can, from the Sri Sathya Sai Sadhana Trust, Publications Division, in Prasanthi Nilayam.
