Prof Chittibalu, former Vice Chancellor of Annamalai University (minute 6:45), Prof. Venkataraman, previous Vice Chancellor of the SSSIHL (8:20), R. Kondal Rao, who was involved in the Water Supply Project (11:10), and Sri Prasad, Secretary to Communication Minister (13:45) address the audience.
