13th Convocation, Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, 1994 Nov 22

The convocation was held in the Purnachandra. After Sathya Sai Baba opened the convocation, the graduating students took a pledge. Awards were given out. The Convocation Address was given by Sri S.B. Chavan, Home Minister of India. It can be read here.
